An APECS Master Accredited Supervisor of Executive Coaches, APECS Master Accredited Executive Coach and BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Amanda draws on over 15 years’ experience of enabling and developing individuals and organisations. She combines this with 30 years of leadership and management experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors to provide a unique mix of knowledge and skills: business, organisations and the human condition. Underpinned by psychological theory and practice, she is a relational Coaching Supervisor/ Executive Coach who works systemically: able to create the conditions for success with and ‘within’ individuals, their teams and their organisations. Amanda specialises in enabling Coaches and Executives realise, optimise and sustain their capabilities as practitioners and professionals in their respective fields.
Adrian Jefferies – Interactive Distance Learning Creater and Web Designer
Adrian Jefferies builds interactive distance learning materials and web designs, providing engaging and interactive solutions for small to medium organisations.
He is a qualified graphic designer and has been working in the creative graphic design field for many years. He is able to design for both print-based and online situations. As remote working becomes more popular, he has been focusing on enabling small to medium organisations to train and teach without the need to travel, or providing learning materials that create a revenue stream for clients. He has a pragmatic approach to design, focusing on what works for the client, and producing impactful and useful materials that deliver what the client wants in a cost-effective way.
Matthew Harris – Finance support for growing and developing organisations
Matthew is a qualified chartered accountant (FCA) with over 20 years of financial and management experience with engineering and manufacturing companies in the UK and the US. After qualifying with Price Waterhouse he moved into industry, developing his career with BMW, Thames Water, American Water, Hanson and Costain Group. As well as traditional finance activities, Matthew has led business integrations, external audit tendering, board strategy and risk, and an IPO process.
Matthew now works to assist organisations to make their finance functions more strategic and customer-focused and help the wider business understand their company finances. Matthew’s provides advice to ambitious small and medium-sized businesses. He enjoys developing and delivering face to face and online courses in business finance, strategy and leadership development. Matthew has been a guest lecturer at the University of Warwick.

Matthew is also a Non-Executive Director and Honorary Treasurer of Autistica, the UK’s leading autism research charity.
Mark Greenfield – Team, Executive and Leadership Coaching and Facilitation
Mark specialises in individual and team coaching, leadership development and outcome-based facilitation for organisations. His focus is in supporting clients to develop their ‘organisational health’, developing collaborative leadership at all levels of organisations and across systems to deliver improved outcomes. Mark works with Boards, Executives and Directors and leadership teams providing comprehensive coaching support Clients frequently comment on Mark’s dynamic and enthusiastic approach. He has enjoyed over thirty years of working with leaders to develop their behaviours and transform organisational cultures. Initially within the pharmaceutical industry, and since 2000 working directly with individuals and teams to develop outstanding leadership and improve performance in the
private, public, and voluntary sectors.
Mark is a qualified coach currently undergoing Senior Practitioner accreditation with the EMCC; qualified in step I and II of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator; an accredited DLiH 360 leadership behaviours facilitator; a qualified NLP Practitioner
